The referred vulnerability has been solved with the updated version of QSAN Storage Manager v3.3.3. QSAN Storage Manager through directory listing vulnerability in antivirus function allows remote authenticated attackers to list arbitrary directories by injecting file path parameter. A successful attack will result in Denial-of-Service of the Anti-Virus engine. The vulnerability can be exploit remotely by an attacker.
A vulnerability affecting F-Secure Antivirus engine was discovered whereby scanning WIM archive file can lead to denial-of-service (infinite loop and freezes AV engine scanner).
